Front Facing Enemy Health Bar - RPG Maker MV & MZ

This plugin adds the ability to put health bars under or over your enemies if you're using the front facing battle system or the updated animated enemies front facing battle system by Xyscripts. 

A lot of plugins focus on side-view battles... but what about us front-view fans, huh!? Well, this one’s for YOU~! Whether you're using my Xy_AnimatedFrontEnemy plugin or just the default front-view battle system, this health bar works like magic~!
